  • Trainee Estimator – Bromfield Site

    Responsible to: Estimating Manager

    Responsible for:

    • Assisting in all areas of the Sales Office
    • Communicating with customers via telephone & email
    • Preparing quotations using in-house bespoke software
    • Producing accurate door schedules
    • Checking quotation produced is compliant with fire / acoustic certification available
    • Working in compliance with the company BS ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Policy
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word required.
    • Carry out any other duties as required by your supervisor

  • Trainee Production Controller – Bromfield Site

    Responsible to: Production Office Manager

    Responsible for:

    • Assisting in all areas of the Production Office
    • Communicating with customers via telephone & email
    • Preparing cutting lists using in-house bespoke software
    • Producing accurate door schedules & drawings
    • Checking cutting list produced is compliant with fire / acoustic certification available
    • Working in compliance with the company BS ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Policy
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word required
    • Experience of AutoCAD an advantage but full in-house training given
    • Carry out any other duties as required by your supervisor

  • Veneer Shop Operative – Bromfield Site

    Department:
    Veneer Shop – Bromfield Site

    Reporting:
    Veneer Shop team Leader & Factory Foreman

    Main Duties:
    This position initially will involve working with all the team learning the various processes that are required in the veneer shop. We require an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and progress – not necessary to have any skills as training will be given, but some woodworking skill would be an advantage.
    Check work area and prepare for start of day.
    Carry out duties as deemed necessary by supervisor including quality checks and following company procedures & quality standards.
    In addition to work in other departments of the factory as directed by Factory Foreman/Team Leader if & when required.

    Productivity:
    Achieve daily production requirements efficiently and accurately.
    Support other teams when needed.

    Quality:
    Make sure the works meets the quality standards and ensure all quality checks are carried out by the team.

    Communication:
    Collaborate with people from within own team to solve problems, make improvements and share information.

    Time Keeping & Attendance:
    The successful candidate will be reliable, and have exemplary time keeping, arriving in sufficient time to prepare work area ready to start work at contracted time.
    Attend work consistently throughout the year.
    Be flexible and help with overtime when required.

    Work Area:
    Meet all housekeeping standards.
    Maintain Health & Safety standards.
    Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for your area.

    Training:
    Receive training when necessary.
    Conduct induction training for new people

  • General Factory Operative – Tenbury Wells Site

    Department:
    Main factory – Tenbury Wells Site

    Reporting:
    Factory Foreman

    Main Duties:
    This position initially will involve working with all team members on various machines in the main factory.  We require an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and progress. Experience not necessary as full training will be given.

    Productivity:
    Achieve daily production requirements efficiently and accurately.
    Support other teams when needed.

    Make sure the works meets the quality standards expected and outlined by team leader/ factory foreman.

    Communication:
    Collaborate with people from within own team to solve problems, make improvements and share information.
