We are able to supply PEFC certified products
Most timber is sourced from timber merchants in the UK with access to worldwide mills
Some species of timber are obtained directly from Europe where access is available to high quality timber which matches veneer logs
Customers receive a superior matched veneer than is usually available
The natural fit with door production
Door frames are manufactured to suit site requirements
Restrictions on the size of frames are not imposed, except to comply with the fire test evidence that Hazlin has generated over many years of testing
Minimum section sizes are 70 x 32mm in either softwood or hardwood at FD30 rating
At FD60 the minimum requirement is that the frame is manufactured from hardwood
MDF or Veneered MDF frames are seldom offered. Test evidence is available for this material, however, MDF frames can look tired and damaged relatively quickly especially those that have been faced in foil or veneer
