Hazlin worked on the refurbishment of this Grade 2 listed building with our longstanding customer The Vogue Development Co. Ltd for Wates Construction and, the client, UK Parliamentary Estate.
Hazlin surveyed on site to match existing details and to take manufacturing sizes. We provided fully compliant solid European Oak joinery doors and frames to replicate those existing on site and also fully painted RAL 9016 doors, primed frames and screens over six floors. Door and frame assemblies provided fire resistance from FD30 up to FD120 with the additional requirement of acoustic ratings across the building.
